Hello, I'm Tom

Hello. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tom Kernan. I’m a boomer in this Circle of Friends.

For the past four years, I have been single and thrown back into the dating world. I navigated the old sites, scoured Reddit and subreddits for dating advice, and went on more than 100 dates in nine months, so I have some experience in looking for love in all the right places. I also bring the male perspective to the team of ladies. As a seasoned man, I’d love to see old-school values of chivalry and proper treatment of a lady.

I found this job by accident, working with a matchmaker who knows about the struggles of finding a great partner, the work it takes to have a relationship, and the investment of time and emotion to keep the flame alive.

Hence, my title is the concierge to the modern-day matchmaker. I’ve gone through the trenches like most of you have and made it out successfully. I am here to share my story, offer you guidance, and know where to “fish from the right pond” to connect you with people you don’t think exist.

I have been a business owner and recruiter for over 30 years and have been passionate about helping people find a career fit for just a few more than that. I discovered early on that I loved being a connector. Just like the joy you have when you find that puzzle piece you were searching for and the complete satisfaction you have when you put it into place!

I work with highly driven and successful men and women who think that piece of the puzzle doesn’t exist and that their only option is the shirtless man in the bathroom mirror or the overly filtered hot woman who looks nothing like her picture in real life.
