HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

It begins with a private 20-minute call with one of our matchmakers to ensure we’re aligned on your goals and that our service is the right fit. From there, we move into a deeper intake process, a combination of personalized coaching sessions and in-depth interviews, so we can understand not just who you’re looking for, but who you are. Only then do we begin curating introductions. Every match is intentional. Nothing is rushed.

There is no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some clients find their person within a few months; others take longer and value the journey as much as the destination. What we can promise is that every step is purposeful. We don’t measure success by speed, we measure it by the quality and compatibility of the connections we make.

Very. I don’t outsource or pass you off to a large team. When you work with me, you get me. I’m there to coach you, advise you, and walk with you through the entire journey – from introductions to post-date support.

When you begin your journey with Erica Suzanne Matchmaking, your dedicated matchmaker will guide you through this decision personally. Here’s a general overview to help you understand your options before that conversation.

An In-Network search draws from our existing private database of vetted candidates, people we already know and have qualified. A Full Search goes further, extending our reach beyond our current network to find candidates specifically suited to you. It allows us to be even more targeted and deliberate in our approach.

If you have specific parameters, such as geography, lifestyle, or other personal requirements – a Full Search is often the better fit. For example, if your match needs to live in your state or nearby, our In-Network pool may be more limited, and expanding the search gives us far greater range to find the right person.

The Full Search also comes with the ability to pause your membership with a full freeze, meaning if a relationship develops into something exclusive, we stop the clock entirely for up to 90 days and resume only when you’re ready. With an In-Network search, we can pause all search activity, but your membership timeline continues.

Both options have resulted in lasting relationships for our clients. The Full Search does carry a higher success rate given its broader scope and extended timeline, but the right choice depends entirely on your situation. And if you start In-Network and want to transition to a Full Search at any point, that’s always an option. Your matchmaker will help you decide what makes the most sense for where you are.

Both. I work with a small number of private clients and also maintain a vetted, confidential database of high-quality singles. I also actively recruit on your behalf when needed, always with your preferences and values in mind.

Level of Service

Entirely. We work with a deliberately small number of clients at any given time so that every person receives our full attention. You will never be handed off to an algorithm or lost in a database. Your matchmaker knows your story, your nuances, and your standards, and they stay with you throughout the process. This is a relationship, not a transaction.

Erica Suzanne Matchmaking curates introductions from a private network of vetted, high-caliber individuals – professionals, creatives, and leaders who are equally serious about finding the right partner. Every introduction is made with intention. If we don’t believe it’s the right fit, we don’t make it.

Investment & Commitment

Membership begins at $20,000 and is structured based on the depth of service, access, and personalization that’s right for you. We share this openly because we believe the right clients appreciate transparency, and because we want to make sure the investment feels aligned before we take either of our time any further. Your matchmaker will walk you through the full range during your introductory call.

Because the work is genuinely intensive and the stakes are high. Every client receives a dedicated matchmaker, personalized coaching, extensive vetting of potential matches, and ongoing support throughout the process. You’re not paying for access to a database – you’re investing in a team of professionals who are fully committed to your outcome. For the right person, this is one of the most meaningful investments they’ll ever make.

Yes. Building a meaningful relationship takes time and intention. I typically work with clients for 3 to 12 months.

Yes – we have a selection of memberships available. Starting with a 3-month commitment and on going for as long as you need me.

No. I only work with clients I believe I can genuinely help. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll always be upfront about that. I’m not here to take on everyone. I’m here to take on the right ones.

Extras & Support

I work with both men and women using a high-end, personalized approach that goes far beyond just setting up dates. This isn’t about volume, it’s about quality, alignment, and long-term success.

What makes us different is how hands-on and tailored the experience is. Every client is matched with their own dedicated matchmaker and dating coach. We intentionally keep our client list small, just 4 to 6 clients per matchmaker at any given time, so that you receive the one-on-one attention and discretion you deserve.

We also integrate Law of Attraction coaching and intentional dating principles into the process. It’s not just about finding someone – it’s about attracting the right relationship and showing up as your best self to receive it.

Behind every introduction is thoughtful strategy. We personally interview every potential match (often more than once) before we even consider making an introduction. Your time is valuable, and we never take that for granted.

Your participation is never shared, your profile is never posted publicly, and your information is handled with the same care and respect we extend to every aspect of our work.
